Help with AirReveal on iPhone and iPad.

New to AirReveal? The user guide covers getting started, tips and a jargon buster for any terms you're unsure of.
Need a hand? Email info@isafenet.app and tell us what happened. If you can, include your device (for example "iPhone 15") and its iOS version from Settings › General › About. We read every message.

Live tracking

Live tracking uses your device's GPS, which works in airplane mode. If your plane isn't moving on the map, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services › AirReveal and choose Always. Then hold your phone near a window for a minute.

iCloud sync

Sign in to iCloud in your device's Settings, then tap Sync Now on AirReveal's Profile screen. AirReveal only syncs when you tap it, so nothing is copied without you asking.

Offline content

Before you fly, open My Flights, swipe your flight to the right and tap Download while you still have Wi-Fi. The maps and landmarks for that flight are then ready to use without a connection.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Apple. If Pro isn't showing, for example on a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases on AirReveal's Profile screen.

Cancel a subscription

Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › AirReveal on your iPhone or iPad and choose Cancel Subscription, or tap Manage Subscription on AirReveal's Profile screen. Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple, not AirReveal — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Lifetime purchase is no longer sold; if you bought it before, it's yours for good and never renews.

Your trip data

On the Profile screen you can export a backup of your flights, import one back in, or remove everything. If you want to keep your flights, export a copy before removing them.

Safety

AirReveal is a personal flight companion, not an official flight-status, air-traffic or aviation-safety service. Always follow airline, airport and crew information.
