What am I flying over right now?

Open AirReveal and it uses your device's GPS to place you on the map and name the landmarks, cities, coastlines and natural wonders beneath and ahead of your plane, in real time.

Which planes are flying over my house?

Open AirReveal and the map shows the planes in the sky around you, from community flight data. Tap one to see its route, type, height and a photo of that very aircraft.

Can AirReveal tell me when a police or air ambulance helicopter is near?

Yes. Police, air ambulance, coastguard, firefighting and military aircraft are shown in their own colours, and you can turn on alerts for the ones you choose, within a distance you set. Alerts are off until you turn them on.

Does AirReveal work in airplane mode?

Yes. Live tracking of your own flight uses your device's GPS, which doesn't need in-flight Wi-Fi or a mobile signal. Download a flight's offline content before departure.

Which side of the plane should I look from?

AirReveal tells you whether a landmark, or the sun at golden hour, is on the left or right of your aircraft, so you know which window to look out of.

Is AirReveal a flight-status app?

No. AirReveal is a companion for the journey itself. It isn't an official flight-status, air-traffic or aviation-safety service, so follow your airline and airport for gates, delays and crew instructions.
